A scientific conference titled “Implementation of Innovative Teaching Methods in Foreign Language Classes” Within the framework of the Plan for conducting scientific events at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute was organized by the Department of Languages of the Faculty of Chemical Technology

During the Revival Era of the New Stable State, extensive work is being carried out in our country, alongside all sectors, to develop the education system, improve teaching methodologies, and implement digital education. Based on the “Concept for Improving Teaching Methods in General Education Programs in Turkmenistan until 2028,” approved by the Esteemed President, comprehensive efforts are underway in general education schools to raise a generation that is broad-minded, devoted to the Motherland, and well-developed in all aspects.

On April 20, 2026, the Department of Languages of the Faculty of Chemical Technology held a scientific-practical conference entitled “Implementation of Innovative Teaching Methods in Foreign Language Classes.” At the conference, lecturer B. Annanepesova delivered a presentation on the topic “Teaching and Learning Lexis with the Help of Dictionaries,” and trainee teacher S. Gulmadowa presented on the topic “Transformation of the Pragmatic Functions of Punctuation Marks in Messengers Using the Example of the Final Period.” At the end of the conference, several proposals were put forward by the teachers. In particular, recommendations were adopted to continue the systematic use of digital tools in lessons and to improve the methodology of teaching foreign languages.
