ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ COMPETITION HELD IN GYZYLARBAT

A competition titled “Best Methodological Guide” was held among English language teachers in the Gyzylarbat etrap of Balkan velayat. The event was organized by the district education department as part of activities dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence and the theme of 2026.
Hosted at Secondary School No. 27, the competition aimed to identify creative educators who effectively apply innovative technologies in the teaching process. Participants presented their own teaching guides and presentations focused on modern English language teaching methods, interactive games, digital platforms, and strategies for developing grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking skills.
Following the results of the competition, the best teachers were awarded certificates of honor by the district education department. Organizers noted that such initiatives promote professional exchange, enhance teaching excellence, and contribute to improving English language education in the region.
