A business training session for youth was held in Ashgabat

An open lesson for young entrepreneurs and students was held at Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov in Ashgabat. This was reported by online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».

During the event, participants were provided with important information about the internal structure of business, the effective distribution of roles, and how the clear division of responsibilities influences company development. It was noted that the foundation of every successful company consists of clearly defined roles, transparent responsibility, and a balanced equity structure.

In his speech, Kadyrberdi Nurberdiyev particularly emphasized that the absence of discipline and a management system in business often leads to failure. He also explained through concrete examples that with the right structure, any idea can be transformed into a stable and manageable system.

Participants were able to ask questions of interest and receive practical advice. Thus, the event was not limited to theory but also had important practical significance.
