International recognition of the professional excellence of a horse-breeding teacher

Within the framework of a working visit to the Asian Open Championship "Pearl of the East," held from May 6 to 11 in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, during the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan − the homeland of purposeful winged horses», the international prestige of Turkmen science and education was once again solemnly celebrated. The international scientific-practical conference "Science and Innovative Education: Global Development Strategies," held online through the cooperation of Uzbekistan and Germany at the research center of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, brought together world scientists and leading specialists.

At this online forum, dedicated to innovative teaching methods in higher education institutions across various sectors, the implementation of digital technologies, and the latest scientific achievements, Turkmenistan was represented by Nowruzälem Gurdow, a teacher at the Department of Horse Breeding and Training of the Aba Annayev International Equestrian Academy and a member of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association. He managed to capture everyone's attention with his meaningful presentation.

At this international scientific conference, Nowruzälem Gurdow described a sophisticated methodology for combining modern pedagogy with centuries-old experience in breeding the national treasure — Akhal-Teke horses — and teaching the younger generation the subtle secrets of this ancient profession. His presentation on the modernity of education provided to students at the Equestrian Academy and the scientific improvement of the art of horse training was met with great interest and high praise by the judges from the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Considering the teacher's deep love for his profession, his activeness in educating the younger generation, and his contribution to the world of science, he was awarded the CIS honorary title "Master of His Craft" along with a set of commemorative medals. This prestigious award is not only an assessment of a specialist's work but also a recognition by the international community of the great successes achieved in the education system and equestrian art under the leadership of the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. This achievement by Nowruzälem Gurdow has become clear evidence that the international relations of our country's higher education institutions are flourishing, and Turkmen teachers are taking their rightful place in world-class scientific competitions.
