Open Doors Day Held at the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan

At the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, professional orientation and informational meetings, along with an Open Doors Day event, were organized for 12th-grade students who are prospective secondary school graduates of the country. During the event, with the participation of teachers and university students, comprehensive information was provided about the distinctive features of education and scientific training at the university, the research and project activities carried out in the scientific-production centers, creative initiatives in the field of culture, and the organization of sports activities.

The pupils became acquainted with the equipment and facilities of the university’s classrooms, the World of Knowledge and Cybersports Complex, the Sports and Wellness Complex, the library, the cafeteria, the dormitories, as well as the activities carried out in the scientific-production centers located within the Oguz Han Innovation Complex, and toured the respective buildings. Following the introductory tour of the university, professional orientation and informational sessions were conducted in the assembly hall with the participation of teachers and students, during which presentations were delivered to the school students. At the same time, a small mobile exhibition showcasing the activities carried out in the scientific-production centers was also organized. The school students and teachers expressed their gratitude for the meetings held and stated that the event made a strong impression on them. The students’ interest in the university was very high.
