Turkmenistan and Qatar Discuss Cooperation between higher education institutions

An Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar, Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov, held a meeting with an Executive Dean of Al Rayyan International University College, Dr. Ivan Ninov. This was reported by a press service of a Turkmen diplomatic mission in Qatar.
At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the diplomatic mission briefed the interlocutor on the large-scale high-level events being organized in Turkmenistan on the occasion of the declaration of 2026 as the year «Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses», the celebrations of the 35th anniversary of state independence, as well as the schedule of upcoming international scientific conferences.
During the conversation, the sides discussed in detail the possibilities of establishing and progressively developing bilateral cooperation between higher education institutions of Turkmenistan and Al Rayyan International University College, with the aim of active exchange of experience and academic expertise.
