Solemn conference was held

On May 22, 2026, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the Mary Regional Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, held a solemn conference entitled “The Carpet is the Soul of the Turkmen”, in honor of the Turkmen Carpet Holiday. The conference was attended by representatives of the Mary Regional Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization, as well as teachers and students of the institute. In the course of the event, guided by the wise words of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag: "The Turkmen carpet is a rainbow-colored flower of our people's affection. It is a heartfelt record of the glorious life path of our ancestors, written in the language of colors" presentations were made on the themes of the Turkmen carpet and the art of carpet weaving. The conference featured performances by the "Kuwwat" music and dance group of the institute, where talented students performed songs and dances praising the Turkmen carpet, the art of weaving, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar. At the end of the celebration, participants expressed their gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the opportunities provided.
