Sanatorium and health centers of Turkmenistan offer high-quality services to foreign citizens as well

At a regular meeting of the Government held on July 3 via a digital system under the leadership of honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, issues related to the development of the country's sanatorium and health resort system were reviewed. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Mammedov reported on the measures being implemented to organize the recreation and health improvement of the population in sanatoriums at a high level. This was reported by the electronic newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden Age».

As the Vice-Prime Minister emphasized, in the sanatoriums established as a result of the initiatives of our National Leader, Hero-Arkadag, the country's rich natural resources are effectively utilized for therapeutic purposes, and modern practices are being introduced. With the support of the Head of State, the material and technical base of these wellness centers is systematically improved in accordance with the global standards of the WHO. At the same time, new medical facilities are being built and commissioned in our capital, Arkadag city, and all provinces, while the existing ones are being modernized. Equipped with high-tech innovative machinery, the sanatoriums combine medicinal treatment methods, offering high-quality services not only to the local population but also to foreign citizens.

After listening to the report, the Head of State noted that the best conditions are being created in the country's modern sanatoriums for our people to rest and recover. Reminding that protecting human health is a priority area of Turkmenistan's state policy, honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the Vice-Prime Minister to further enhance the quality of sanatorium services and to consistently continue the work in this direction.
