During the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, under the wise leadership of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, every day in our beloved Motherland is filled with joyful and memorable events.

In 2026, declared the Year of “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan − the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” I, together with many other fortunate young people of our country, was honored to become a student of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University. My joy knows no bounds, as in this remarkable year, marking the 35th anniversary of our sacred Independence, I successfully passed the entrance examinations and became a student of one of the most prestigious higher educational institutions in the country.

By studying at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University and becoming a highly qualified specialist in my chosen field, I sincerely assure Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar that I will make a worthy contribution to the development of the oil and gas industry of our country.

From 2014 to 2026, I studied at Secondary School No. 6 in Ashgabat. During my school years, I achieved the following academic accomplishments:

• • In 2024, I won first place in the FISO English Language Olympiad and was awarded a gold medal.
  • In 2024, I won second place in the TeenEagle Online English Language Competition, receiving a bronze medal.
  • In 2025, I won second place in the English Language Olympiad organized by the International University for the Humanities and Development and was awarded a silver medal.

It should be noted that, under the patronage of Hero Arkadag and thanks to the dedicated efforts of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, all the necessary conditions have been created for students to receive a modern education and to grow into highly qualified specialists who will confidently lead our Motherland and people toward a prosperous future.

I have personally experienced this at the higher educational institution I recently entered the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University. Here, every opportunity has been provided for students to obtain a high-quality, modern education.

We, the younger generation, sincerely wish Hero Arkadag, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar good health and long lives. They have created broad opportunities for young people to study in educational institutions equipped with advanced technologies and to become highly qualified professionals. May all their noble initiatives, carried out for the benefit of the people and the prosperity of the nation, always be crowned with great success.
