Winner of International Competitions

In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, in the year "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan - Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses", under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, large-scale work is being carried out to develop the sports sector alongside other areas, as well as to foster a healthy, well-educated young generation. The construction and commissioning of multi-purpose sports complexes in all corners of our country is a vivid testament to the paternal care of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the Turkmen youth.

A bright fruit of this paternal care of HeroArkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the youth is not only hosting international sports competitions within our country, but also creating broad opportunities for athletes involved in various sports to participate in tournaments held in different countries around the world.

From August 16 to 24, 2026, the Asian Chess Championship among girls under 20 was held in Mumbai, Republic of India. This prestigious competition brought together 190 young grandmasters from 10 Asian countries and took place in a fierce and determined struggle. According to the results of the tournament, Lala Shohradova, a 2nd-year student at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University representing our country, won 1 gold and 1 silver medal, proudly raising the flag of Turkmenistan.

These achievements clearly confirm the successful implementation of the tasks set to elevate sports in our country to new heights. May the health of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar be strong and their lives long, as they stand at the head of every noble cause and inspire new achievements, and may all their endeavors be crowned with success.
