STUDENTS OF MYRAT GARRYYEV STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF TURKMENISTAN PARTICIPATED IN THE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FORUM HELD IN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

From July 19 to 25, 2026, an international summer cultural and study tour titled "Youth Development for a Shared Future" took place in Beijing and Fujian Province, People's Republic of China. Over 80 active youth representatives from 16 countries participated in this large-scale forum.

During the visit, the delegation had extensive opportunities to gain in-depth insights into the rich cultural heritage, historical traditions, socio-economic development, educational system, and innovative technologies of the People's Republic of China. In Beijing, members of the delegation visited the Soong Ching Ling Foundation, the Science and Culture Center for Youth, as well as the Former Residence of Soong Ching Ling Museum.

Landmarks of great historical significance along the Great Silk Road played a prominent role during the trip, including the Juyongguan section of the Great Wall of China, the renowned Palace Museum, the Beijing National Stadium, and the National Aquatics Center.

In Fujian Province, our delegation visited the iFLYTEK Innovation Technology Building to explore state-of-the-art scientific research. Additionally, the students visited Zengcuoan Ancient Street, the Quanzhou Maritime Museum, Gulangyu Island, and Xiamen University - one of China's most prestigious higher education institutions - engaging in valuable practical and cultural exchanges.

This international summer study tour served as an important step in building strong friendly relations among youth from different nations, promoting intercultural dialogue, and exchanging experience as future professionals.
