The final ceremony of the creative competition titled “Sacred Independence — Our Pride, Our Happiness”, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence, was held. This was reported by the «Mugallymlar gazeti» newspaper.
The competition, organized among education workers and teachers by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, and the editorial office of the Mugallymlar gazeti newspaper, was aimed at identifying creative works that highlight the country’s development, achievements of Independence, and national values.
At the ceremony held in the building of the Public Organizations of Turkmenistan, honours were paid to the winners of the competition and participants who received prize-winning places. Through their articles, poems, and stories, they highlighted the country’s historical achievements, the development of the education system, and the importance of raising the younger generation.
Ogulniyaz Annataganova, Senior Lecturer at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, noted that winning the competition was a great source of pride for her.
— Winning this creative competition dedicated to the 35th anniversary of our sacred Independence inspires me to continue working with greater dedication and to provide young people with modern knowledge. During the years of Independence, great progress has been achieved in the life of our people, culture, and economy. We will continue to strive to make our worthy contribution to the development of our beloved Motherland, — she said.
Annageldi Bekiyev, a teacher at Secondary School No. 33 in the Saparmurat Turkmenbashi etrap of Dashoguz Velayat, emphasized the importance of creative works in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.
— We, teachers, consider it our sacred duty to educate the younger generation in the national spirit and provide them with modern knowledge. It is a great honour for me to become a winner of this competition with my poems praising our Motherland, Independence, and our people. This award inspires me to continue my creative work in the future, — Annageldi Bekiyev noted.
Lale Hojagurbanova, a teacher at the Special School of Arts of Balkan Velayat, said that creativity is an effective means of expressing the spirit of the era, the pride of the people, and the achievements of the country.
— The competition “Sacred Independence — Our Pride, Our Happiness” encouraged education workers to create new works of art. Inspired by the opportunities created today, education workers express their feelings of pride through their works, — she said.
The competition revealed the creative abilities of leading education workers. Such events play an important role in encouraging the professional and creative activity of teachers, promoting national values, and developing the creative potential of representatives of the education system.
