A discussion meeting was held regarding the general lecture conducted by our Hero Arkadag, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, at the Ruhyýet Palace in the city of Arkadag on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth and the start of the 2026–2027 academic year

On September 4, 2026, a consultative meeting was held with the participation of teachers and students of the Mary velayat financial and economic secondary vocational school regarding the general lecture conducted by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow at the Ruhyýet Palace in Arkadag city, dedicated to the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth and the commencement of the 2026–2027 academic year. In the glorious year celebrating the 35th anniversary of our Independence—specifically, on September 2, 2026, designated as the year "Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses"—Hero-Arkadag delivered a general lecture at the Ruhyýet Palace in Arkadag city. Thousands of young people attended this general lecture by Scholar-Arkadag. At the beginning of the general lecture, Scholar-Arkadag addressed the theme of patriotism, explaining the sanctity of the Homeland with concrete evidence. This general lecture served as an exemplary school for teachers. The reflections, paternal guidance, and patronage of the National Leader of the Turkmen people directed toward the younger generation were profoundly impressive and remain pleasant memories that will forever stay in the minds of the youth. At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their profound gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and to Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
