Results Announced for the Biology Olympiad Held at the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan

In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, with the aims of introducing educational innovations, enhancing independent quality control in education, fostering enthusiasm among the younger generation for medical professions, and identifying and supporting gifted schoolchildren, the results of the Biology Olympiad for high school students were announced on September 18, 2026. The event took place at the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan to mark the 35th anniversary of Independence during the year designated "Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses".

Along with the competition, events such as a tour of the university, sightseeing tours of our capital, and an awards ceremony were organized. 

According to the results of the Olympiad, the best results were shown by Sahetmurat Garayev, an 11th-grade student of secondary specialized school No.19 of the Babadayhan district, Ahal velayat (1st place), Guljemal Maksadova, a 12th-grade student of secondary specialized school No.18 of the Babadayhan district, Ahal velayat; Aynur Annamammedova, a 12th-grade student of secondary school No.20 of the Turkmengala district, Mary velayat (2nd place), Shanazar Ashirov, a 12th-grade student of secondary specialized school No.37 of the Kerki district, Lebap velayat; Aylar Esenova, a 12th-grade student of secondary specialized school No.20 of the Balkanabat city of the Balkan velayat and Mahri Atajanova, a 12th-grade student of secondary specialized school No.10 of the Dashoguz city of the Dashoguz velayat (3rd place).
