What is it all about?
All of the above are part of Korean culture. The Republic of Korea combines its ancient traditions and modern life in perfect harmony. South Korea is attracting more and more interest around the world: many, having begun to get involved in the modern culture of this country - K-Pop and dramas, want to learn more about the history and socio-cultural characteristics of Korea.
The citizens of our country also did not remain aloof from the wave of Korean culture that has spread widely recently. This is facilitated by the work carried out under the leadership of the Esteemed President to develop bilateral beneficial and friendly relations with the Republic of Korea. One of the successful results of this activity is the Information Access Center, created jointly with the National Information Society Agency (NIA) of the Republic of Korea within the framework of the Innovation Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. In addition to courses related to innovative technologies and digital education, the center teaches Korean language and culture. Currently, admission to the second level of Korean language courses is open; classes for first-level students are held 3 times a week.
Here, students learn not only the Korean language, but also the Korean culture and its characteristics in harmony with the Korean language classes.
For the students of the extracurricular course, there are various cultural activities on Korean holidays: karaoke, Korean movie nights, etc. is organized.
The lessons are based on Korean language books for foreigners donated by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. These books have been published by the National Institute of International Education of the Republic of Korea, recognized for their usefulness and relevance to learning Korean.
