Soka university of Japan hosted a round table on youth policy

On April 28, 2023, Soka University hosted a round table on youth policy dedicated to the "Year of Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar". The event was attended by the rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan, the rector of Japan's Soka University, faculty, students and staff of the Embassy. The main topic of the round table was devoted to cooperation between universities and countries in youth policy. The parties discussed various issues such as holding online lectures, exchange of delegations, exchange of publications and printing of articles in scientific journals. Representatives of universities have expressed interest in strengthening their relationship and expanding opportunities for students and professors in the field of education and research. They emphasized that cooperation between universities and countries is an important factor in youth policy, and that such events are an excellent opportunity for the exchange of experience and knowledge. Particular attention was paid to the signing of a memorandum on mutual cooperation between universities and the exchange of delegations. The parties agreed to hold joint events such as conferences and seminars, as well as to develop student and teacher exchange programs. The event was attended by students who expressed their interest in the development of youth policy and the opportunity to participate in international exchange. They noted that such events help to broaden their horizons, as well as improve the quality of education.
