The Second Stage of the Specialized Training Center “Diplomatic Protocol” Was Successfully Completed

On July 24, 2024, a ceremony to confer special certificates from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Institute of International Relations to students who successfully completed the second stage of the specialized training center “Diplomatic Protocol” was convened at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The short-term training program at the center started on June 1, 2024. In the ensuing stage, 15 trainees enrolled in the specialized training center and successfully completed it. Over the course of two months, the participants attended lessons crafted from the profound scientific expertise and extensive practical experience of representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and our distinguished mentor diplomats.
The presence of the specialized training center “Diplomatic Protocol” at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan significantly enhances the institution’s research and intellectual capacities, underscoring its role as a premier center of higher education.
