Ceremonial meeting was held

On October 27, 2026, a ceremonial meeting entitled “The Glory of Independent and Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan Spreads throughout the World” was held at the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. The event was dedicated to the year “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”. It was jointly organized by the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan and the Mary Velayat Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan. During the ceremonial meeting, participants held extensive discussions on the significance of Turkmenistan’s state independence, the international recognition of the country’s legal status of permanent neutrality, the ever-growing prestige of the country on the international stage, and the achievements of the Turkmen people. The speeches placed particular emphasis on the achievements of independent and permanently neutral Turkmenistan in all fields, the large-scale efforts undertaken to ensure the well-being of the people, the upbringing of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, and the preservation of national values.In the course of the meeting, students received detailed explanations about the peaceful foreign policy of the country, the results achieved in developing international cooperation, and the continued strengthening of Turkmenistan’s position in the international community. At the conclusion of the meeting, sincere words of gratitude were expressed to the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. The participants also expressed their wishes for the continued flourishing of peace, unity and prosperity throughout the country.

Furthermore, the esteemed President of Turkmenistan and Hero Arkadag were wished good health, longevity, and great success in their state activities.
