Ýurdumyzda bilim özgertmelerini durmuşa ornaşdyrmakda döredijilikli zähmet çekýän, hünärine ussat kitaphana işgärlerini ýüze çykarmak maksady bilen, Türkmenistanyň Bilim ministrliginiň we kärdeşler arkalaşyklarynyň Milli merkeziniň bilim edaralarynyň we pedagogika işgärleriniň arasynda yglan edilen “Iň gowy mekdep kitaphanasy” atly bäsleşiginiň golaýda geçirilen döwlet tapgyry-da bu ugurda giň gerimli işleriň alnyp barylýandygynyň aýdyň güwäsi boldy.
