An educational-preaching meeting called "Weaving women are a model of beauty in the Arkadagly land" organized by the Primary Women's Organization of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University was held on the occasion of the Turkmen Carpet holiday

   Under the wise leadership of our Esteemed President, in the year of "The Fount of Mind Magtymguly Pyragy", on the occasion of the Turkmen Carpet holiday the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan and the Primary Women's Organization of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University jointly organized an educational-preaching meeting "Weaving women are a model of beauty in the Arkadagly land" in order to continue our national traditions among student girls.

   The holiday of the Turkmen Carpet is a day that celebrates the glory of the wonderful art of the national values created by our people throughout history. This holiday shows our loyalty to the spiritual and moral testaments, values and unique national principles of our ancestors and is dedicated to the importance of the glorious Turkmen carpets. It should be noted that Turkmen national carpet art occupies an important place among the values of humanity. The inclusion of Turkmen carpet art in the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity shows that our national values have gained great fame all over the world.
