In the third decade of March Turkmenistan is preparingto celebrate the International Novruz holiday.
In 2010,the United Nations Organization declared March 21 as the International Day ofNovruz and evoked to celebrate this spring holiday as a symbol of peace,friendship and humanity in good-neighbouring relations between peoples all overof the world.
A musical event on the occasion ofcelebrating the national spring holiday – International Novruz Day was held onMarch 14. It took place in the square of the Tree of Knowledge at theYagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University.
