On March 1, 2024, in the Conference hall of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International oil and gas university, a creative festival was held among students of higher educational institutions of the country called “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Pyragy”, organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
