On February 26, 2024, in the Conference hall of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International oil and gas university a preaching event was held among students and teachers of the university dedicated to the tasks considered at the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) under the chairmanship of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held in the building of the “Türkmenistanyň Maslahatlar merkezi” (“Palace of Council of Turkmenistan”).
