In the International Year of Peace and Trust, Turkmen youth are participating with their scientific projects in the 5th Youth International Science Fair (YISF) held in Malang, Indonesia

The Turkmen delegation includes students from the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan. Specifically, under the guidance of university lecturer Atamyrat Altyyev, third-year student Süleýmanmuhammet Şamuhammedow and second-year student Aýmyrat Halnazarow are representing Turkmenistan with their scientific project titled “Scientific Foundations of Obtaining Green Cement from Industrial Waste Materials.”
The Youth International Science Fair (YISF) competition is conducted in five categories: social sciences, environment, life sciences, innovative sciences, and engineering, with 446 teams from 24 countries participating. This international competition is organized by the Indonesian Young Scientists Association, where discussions focus on the prospects of implementing innovations in various fields, and participants are introduced to the achievements of scientists and engineers capable of influencing the future of science and technology. The international competition provides a favorable platform for participants to present their scientific projects, develop international relations in this field, and strengthen cooperation in education and innovation.
Participants from various countries will acquaint themselves with innovative scientific projects aimed at solving global issues such as sustainable development, environmental protection, and the advancement of new technologies.
For students of the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan and other participants, this event offers a valuable opportunity to present their scientific projects, develop international relations, and strengthen cooperation in the fields of education and innovation.
