President of Turkmenistan leaves on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan

Today, August 9, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the Sixth Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia and the First Summit of the Central Asia-Japan Dialogue.

The Turkmen head of state was escorted by officials at Ashgabat International Airport.

Consistently implementing the foreign policy course based on the principles of positive neutrality and peacefulness, our country advocates the development of multi-format constructive cooperation on a regional and global scale.

In this context, the traditional relations with the Central Asian states, with the peoples of which the Turkmen people are united by the common cultural and spiritual values, historically established ties of friendship and good neighbourliness, are a good example.
