The procedure for payment of fees for actions related to the state registration of topologies of integrated circuits has been approved

In order to regulate relations related to legal protection and use of integrated circuits topologies, in accordance with the Law ‘On Legal Protection of Integrated Circuits Topologies’, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree approving the Procedure of payment of fees for actions related to state registration of integrated circuits topologies, as well as the amount of the relevant fees.
