The first edition of the electronic magazine “Issues of Philology” will be issued for the readers

Proceeding from the set tasks on the implementation of the activities on “Creation and Regular Improvement of the Electronic Scientific and Scientific-Methodological Magazines in the System of Internet” determined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022-2028” and “Program for the Transition of the Sphere of Science in Turkmenistan to a Digital System for 2020-2025”, as well as for the purpose of wide spreading scientific researches on the priority directions of science carried out in our country in the international community, creation of the electronic magazine and spreading it in the electronic form through the system of internet became the requirement of society and time. 

For the purpose of promoting and spreading all over the world the socio-economic and cultural-humanitarian changes realized in our country, which is on the way to the heights of the development as a result of the great efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, ancient and rich cultural and spiritual values of our people, achievements of Turkmen science in the years of Independence, and being inspired by the words of our Scientist Arkadag: “Source of our blissful and happy life is closely connected with the improvement of science and education”, for the purpose of involving the youth in science, assisting the students, postgraduates, applicants, young scientists in their creative searches, encouraging them to carry out scientific researches and making a worthy contribution to the development of the national system of education and science in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the electronic scientific magazine “Issues of Philology” was created by Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. 

Inclusion of the scientists, professors and teachers of the higher educational establishments and research institutes of our country and the foreign states to the editorial board of the electronic magazine issued in Turkmen, English and Russian once in three months demonstrates that the work of this magazine will be more purposeful. 

The work of the electronic magazine is organized in accordance with the Regulations based on the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Laws of Turkmenistan “On Mass Media”, “On Legal Regulation of the Development of the Internet Network and Rendering Internet Services in Turkmenistan”, “On State Youth Policy”, “On State Scientific and Technical Policy”, Charter of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and other normative legal acts.

The articles of the students, teachers, postgraduates, applicants and scientific workers are published in the magazine, special importance is attached to the news about the developments, scientific and methodological information and innovations in the important directions of scientific and practical investigations. Scientific and methodological articles related to the important issues of linguistics, study of literature, linguo-didactics, and pedagogics, literary works acquainting with literary creativity of the students and teachers were published in the first issue of the magazine. 

We invite the workers, teachers, young scientists and students of the educational and scientific establishments of our country to participate in the work of the electronic magazine. 

The magazine is posted on the site datmddi.edu.tm of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages by the Head of Informatics and Computer Center. 

Archive of the magazine is kept in Informatics and Computer Center. Author’s rights to the articles published in the magazine are determined by the existing legislation of Turkmenistan.
