The first edition of the scientific-practical electronic journal “Innovation Economy and Sustainable Development”  will be issued for the readers

Thanks to the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag and the forward-thinking, scientifically grounded socio-economic policy of Arkadagly Hero Serdar wide possibilities for enhancing the national scientific and educational system, acquiring a contemporary education and career for youth is created in the country. 

During a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on September 6, 2024 the President of Turkmenistan endorsed the creation of a scientific-practical electronic journal named "Innovation Economy and Sustainable Development" at the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management which is in line with the objectives set in the Program “Revival of New Era of the Powerful State: the National Program for the social and economic development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2052” and is aimed on enhancing the global dissemination of scientific research in world scientific space.

The e-journal “Innovative Economy and Sustainable Development” will publish articles devoted to the theory of economy and economic growth, innovative economy, scientific bases of sustainable development, issues of financial and banking system, which will create wide opportunities for exchange of experience between scientists, specialists, businessmen and students.

The creation of the scientific and practical electronic journal “Innovative Economy and Sustainable Development” will allow the Institute to expand its international recognition as a scientific and educational centre, as well as to actively integrate into the global scientific system. In addition, the broad opportunities for increasing publishing activity and sharing the results of research activities of the teaching staff will be created.

The electronic journal will be published quarterly in Turkmen, English and Russian languages and posted on the Institute's website. The editorial board of the journal includes domestic and foreign scientists-economists. To date, active work is underway to prepare the first issue of the journal and it will be available to readers in the near future. The creation of the scientific and practical journal has opened new opportunities for creative and scientific activities for the lecturers, professors and students of the Institute and will encourage them to make new discoveries.

We express our deep gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their efforts in creating wide opportunities for improving the welfare of the Turkmen people, ensuring socio-economic development of the country, bringing the spheres of science and education to the world level.
