REGULATIONS
on the brainstorming session, "Turkmenistan – Country of Neutrality," among students of higher education institutions in our country, organized by the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
In order to widely promote among young people the great deeds of our Hero Arkadag, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who contributes to universal prosperity in the world, the positive initiatives he puts forward, and the important role of our permanent neutrality in the international arena, the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has developed regulations on the organization and conduct of the brainstorming session, "Turkmenistan – Country of Neutrality," among students of higher education institutions in our country.
I. Purpose of the Competition
1.1. To highlight the importance of our permanent neutrality, based on the ancient traditions of our people, such as kindness, peacefulness, and humanism, and to identify talented young people among university students;
1.2. To further develop the established links between higher education institutions in the education system and to develop student development.
II. Competition Procedure
2.1. The organizer of the competition is the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;
2.2. The issues and organizational work of the competition are determined by a group of faculty members of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;
2.3. The competition will be held from November 1 to December 1, 2025, at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;
2.4. Teams consisting of six regular students, two reserve students, and a responsible faculty member from each higher education institution participate in the competition. Higher education institutions wishing to participate in the competition must send their team rosters to hstu2025@gmail.com by October 27, 2025 (Appendix).
2.5. The "Brain Ring" competition will be conducted in the form of questions and answers in the Turkmen language. Questions will be based on the works of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. General and logical questions will also be asked during the competition.
2.6. The competition stages will be conducted by answering questions from the moderator within a set time (one minute per question).
2.7. The competition results will be announced based on the jury's decision.
III. Procedure for Determining Competition Winners
3.1. The winners of the competition will be determined by the jury of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
3.2. The winners of the competition will be announced as those taking first, second, and third place. The winners will be awarded diplomas from the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and gifts from sponsors.
