Future Lawyer from Turkmenistan Triumphs at Competition in Russia

A fourth-year student of the Law Faculty at Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly N. Bayryev became a second-degree laureate of the XXIII International Research Competition "Best Scientific Work - 2025". The competition was organized by the International Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation in the field of science and education in the Russian city of Penza. This was reported by the press service of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
The Turkmen participant presented his work in an online format. His research on the topic "Legal Foundations of Turkmenistan's National Security and Features of Its Provision" received high praise from the competition jury.
Nuryagdy Bayryev's scientific supervisor is Oguljeren Suhanberdiyeva, senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law and Candidate of Legal Sciences of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
In November last year, Nuryagdy Bayryev won the international competition "Best Student of Turkic Peoples".
