A lecture on the topic "Quiet Automation: A New Stage of Efficiency" was held at IOGU

Recently, a lecture on the topic "Quiet Automation: A New Stage of Efficiency" was held at the International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshigeldi Kakayev. The event was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Volunteer Center under the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, and the Center for Young Entrepreneurs under the Ashgabat City Committee of the CCIBT. The speakers were digital solutions specialist Arslan Tekayev, coordinator of the CCIBT's "Young Entrepreneurs" Center and advisor to the Volunteer Center of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly Merdan Atayev, as well as the chairman of the university's primary youth organization Atamyrat Ylyasov.

Students and faculty of the university actively participated in the seminar. Participants were presented with information on how digital technologies contribute to a more efficient, accurate, and prompt organization of work processes.

In his speech, Arslan Tekayev noted that automation is not the exclusive prerogative of large IT departments or foreign companies. According to him, local specialists who deeply understand the specifics of the workflow are also capable of successfully implementing digital systems. He emphasized that performing administrative tasks such as budget consolidation, guest registration, or approving business trips manually takes significant time and can lead to errors.

The specialist reported that all internal digital systems being created are developed exclusively using in-house resources and operate entirely in an on-premise format. Such solutions are aimed at reducing repetitive tasks, optimizing employee work, and improving the overall quality of labor.

During the lecture, it was particularly emphasized that automation is intended not to replace employees, but to support their activities, save time, and increase efficiency. The question and answer session held at the end of the event evolved into a substantive discussion on digital skills, automation, and professional development.

Merdan Atayev, the coordinator of the CCIBT's "Young Entrepreneurs" Center and advisor to the Volunteer Center of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, also spoke at the event. He focused on the importance of young people making a conscious career choice and the need to strengthen ties between industry and education. It was noted that in the modern era, the harmonious development of the education system in interaction with the real sector increases the competitiveness of young specialists.

During the event, the floor was also given to Atamyrat Ylyasov, the chairman of the university's primary youth organization. He drew attention to the significance of declaring 2026 the "Year of "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses" and emphasized that the country has created all the conditions for the formation of youth who are educated, possess a broad outlook, and have high moral qualities.
