The solemn opening ceremony of the International Online Olympiad

In the Epoch of the Revival of a new era of powerful state, at the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag and under the wise leadership of our esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar wide opportunities are being created for the improvement of the country's education system, allowing students to demonstrate their skills and abilities by participating in competitions at the state and international levels.

On March 24, 2026, the opening ceremony of the V Open International Online Olympiad in the discipline of "Theoretical Mechanics" was held at the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. The solemn opening ceremony of the International Olympiad was held in a high-spirited atmosphere. As noted in the speeches delivered, the reforms in the field of education initiated by Hero Arkadag in the Epoch of the Revival of a new era of powerful state and successfully implemented under the leadership of our esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar are yielding positive results. The international-level Olympiad is attended by 195 students from 24 universities of the country, 571 students from 97 universities of 17 foreign countries, a total of over 760 students from 121 universities. This open international online Olympiad will be held in the format of individual and team competitions. The International Online Olympiad demonstrates Turkmenistan's achievements in the digital education system, the skills of young people in using innovative technologies, and also contributes to the effective implementation of educational technologies in the context of sustainable development of the national economy and the identification of talented youth. Students participating in the Olympiad expressed words of gratitude and appreciation to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for all the opportunities created for learning, creativity and participation in such competitions in accordance with modern requirements.
