A celebration of science and friendship: The 5th International Internet Olympiad in English has begun

Today, the solemn opening of the 5th International Internet Olympiad in English among students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan and abroad took place at Dovletmammet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. This prestigious competition brought together hundreds of talented students from 48 leading higher educational institutions in 15 countries, selected from among registered youth from 32 countries of the world.

The solemn event was held in the large conference hall of the institute at a high level of organization, making extensive use of the capabilities of modern digital technologies. Along with representatives of higher educational institutions of our country, professors and students from famous scientific and educational institutions of Great Britain, the Russian Federation, and Indonesia joined the event online and exchanged experiences.

Each of the international experts who participated in the event delivered a speech full of unique scientific and spiritual content. Their speeches further increased the students' enthusiasm for science and inspired young people to new heights. As noted in the speeches, this Olympiad not only tests students' language knowledge, but also opens the way to building new bridges of scientific and educational relations between higher educational institutions in different countries of the world. For two days, on April 10-11, students will compete with each other in the theory and practical application of the English language, demonstrating their intellectual abilities.

The song "Watan" performed by young talents from the institute's "Altyn Miras" cultural center further enhanced the excitement of the ceremony and awakened the desire for great goals in the hearts.

At the end of the opening ceremony, heartfelt gratitude was expressed to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who create vast opportunities for the younger generation to receive world-class education, engage in science, and develop international cooperation.
