A presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan “Anau - culture from the depths of millennia” was held in Malaysia

On May 8, 2024, a presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Anau - culture from the depths of millennia” was held at Sunway University Malaysia. The event was attended by teaching staff and students of the university. About this reports MFA of Turkmenistan.

As part of the presentation, students received detailed information about the contents of the book dedicated to the proclamation of the ancient city of Anau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024. The new book of the President of Turkmenistan aroused great interest among students.

A separate topic of the presentation was the celebration at the national and international level of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi.

At the end of the presentation, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Malaysia M.Mashalov and the President of Sunway University S.Poppema.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of education, science and culture, as well as expanding ties and exchange of experience between educational institutions of the two countries.
