Representative of the Turkmen Agricultural University participates in the CIS teachers’ congress
Maýa Amanowa, senior lecturer of the Languages Department at the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, took part in the IX Congress of Teachers and Education Workers of the CIS Member States, held on October 1–2 in Minsk, Belarus. This was reported on the official website of the higher education institution.
The international forum, held under the theme “Principles of integration in the education systems of CIS member states under modern conditions and current challenges”, focused on the development prospects of the educational systems of the Commonwealth countries, exchange of experience and expansion of cooperation.
Representatives of Turkmenistan, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, participated in the congress. One of the key events of the programme was the IV International Festival of Pedagogical Excellence, where master classes in various fields were held and advanced teaching practices were presented.
During the forum, participants discussed important issues such as modernization of education systems, development of inclusive education, introduction of innovative approaches to upbringing, expansion of opportunities for continuous professional education and support for talented young people.
The participants noted that international cooperation and experience exchange in the field of education play an important role in ensuring sustainable development, preparing the younger generation for modern challenges and expanding educational opportunities of the CIS countries. Cultural events were also held as part of the congress.
