The President of Turkmenistan noted the relevance of implementing innovative projects in oil refining

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Amanov, at a government meeting via video link, reported on the measures taken to increase oil and gas production volumes for four months of 2024.
As reported, the implementation of the plan by the State Concern «Türkmennebit» for the production of oil and gas condensate amounted to 102.4 percent, for oil refining - 102.9 percent, for the production of gasoline - 100 percent, diesel fuel - 100.6 percent, lubricating oils -110 .1 percent.
It was also reported on technical and economic indicators for the production of polypropylene, liquefied gas, production of natural and associated gas, and export of «blue fuel».
Summarizing the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of effectively continuing comprehensive measures to increase the volume of natural gas and oil production in the fields. At the same time, it is necessary to pay special attention to the implementation of innovative projects in the oil refining industry.
In general, the activities of the country’s oil and gas complex must be constantly improved, Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized, addressing the Deputy Prime Minister with relevant instructions.
