The World Youth Festival Awaits Turkmen Citizens at Its Events

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation, Esen Aidogdyev, held a meeting with the General Director of the ANO “World Youth Festival Directorate,” Daniil Bisslinger.

At the meeting, which took place at the Embassy on November 25, information about the goals and activities of the Directorate was presented. The possibilities of establishing and developing bilateral relations between the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the ANO “World Youth Festival Directorate” were discussed, the diplomatic mission reported.

Bisslinger invited representatives of Turkmen youth to actively participate in numerous events organized by the World Youth Festival.

Reference: The World Youth Festival was held from March 1 to 7, 2024, in Sirius. WFM-2024 gathered 20,000 young leaders from 190 countries.

It has been decided to hold the WFM regularly in Russia every six years. Additionally, every six years, 10,000 young people from around the globe will gather at the International Youth Festival. Between these major events, international thematic meetings and activities will be held under the WFM’s banner.

For instance, from November 27 to 29, the IV Congress of Young Scientists is being held in Sirius, Sochi. This annual event brings together prominent science leaders, representatives of leading scientific schools from various regions of Russia, scientific and educational organizations, government bodies, industrial partners, business representatives, and state corporations. Most importantly, it gathers young scientists, competition winners, grant recipients, students, and schoolchildren from Russia and other countries.
