An online lecture by Dr. Pierre Fabien Nkot from the University of Yaoundé II (Republic of Cameroon) was held at the International University for Humanities and Development. The meeting was dedicated to analyzing the activities of the United Nations and its strategic role in the architecture of modern international relations.
The professor emphasized that the country’s neutral status serves as an effective example of implementing the UN’s goals in maintaining peace and trust. During the lecture, issues of reforming international institutions and adapting security mechanisms to contemporary realities were discussed in detail.
The theoretical session concluded with a discussion in which students of International University for Humanities and Development and faculty engaged with the foreign expert on prospects for regional cooperation and current challenges in global governance. Direct communication with the distinguished scholar allowed future diplomats to consolidate their knowledge in professional ethics and international law.
