International cooperation in science and education

In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, international relations within the science and educational system of our country are continuously being strengthened. Today, all higher educational institutions are establishing mutual cooperation with foreign universities. As a result, the national science and educational system is evolving and improving day by day. Within the framework of such cooperation, on April 17, 2026, an International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “Дидактика иностранного языка и перевода: спектр инноваций в цифровую эпоху” was held. The event was organized by the Department of “English Language” of the Faculty of Financial Economy at the Odintsovo branch of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Nabat Garriyeva, a teacher from the “Languages” department of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, participated in the conference and delivered a presentation titled “Формирование культурной грамотности — ключевое условие освоения иностранного языка”. Participating and exchanging ideas in such international scientific-practical conferences serves as a very rich and valuable experience for teachers of foreign languages.
