CONFIDENT STEPS TOWARD THE GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL SPACE
At present, consistently improving the science and education system in our country, as well as establishing close cooperation with the world’s leading educational institutions and authoritative international organizations, is one of the primary requirements of the era. From this perspective, thanks to the opportunities being created, on October 10, 2026, a cooperation agreement was signed between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and Lomonosov Moscow State University, which is a federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education. This step, aimed at establishing and sustainably developing mutually beneficial relations in the field of science and education, will provide a powerful impetus for scientific-professional, cultural, and academic ties between the authoritative higher education institutions of the two countries to reach a new level and for the widespread introduction of innovative achievements into the educational system.
In accordance with the agreement, the parties will carry out large-scale work to consistently improve the quality of educational programs, and to exchange the leading work practices and educational-methodological documents of the parties. One of the main directions of the document consists of ensuring the academic exchange of lecturers,, instructors, students, and scientific personnel. With the aim of raising professional qualifications and conducting fundamental and applied scientific research, it is envisaged to send specialists to the partner higher education institution.
Furthermore, it is noted that international-level scientific-research and scientific-technical projects, congresses, symposia, scientific and methodological conferences, round tables, and exhibitions will be jointly organized, and the exchange of scientific-methodological publications, textbooks, and manuals will be carried out. This mutual cooperation will make a great contribution to uniting the scientific-intellectual potential between the two higher education institutions and opening new opportunities in training young specialists.
