On February 6, in the capital of Turkmenistan, the head of the Turkmenaragatnashyk agency, Kh. Khudaygulyev, met with a high-ranking delegation of Airbus, headed by Vice President for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Jacques Garrigues. During this meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of space.
One of the key proposals from Airbus was to provide remote monitoring and photography services from space to Turkmenistan. This proposal reflects a high assessment of the potential of Turkmenistan, which is successfully introducing advanced technologies into the space industry.
Cooperation with Airbus opens up unique opportunities for Turkmenistan in the field of space. In the international context, the development of the space industry plays an important role, and Turkmenistan, having become a reliable partner of the largest companies, is ready to actively implement advanced technologies and promote space research in the region and the world.
This meeting with the Airbus delegation was another confirmation of Turkmenistan’s desire to develop the space industry and strengthen international cooperation in this area.
