A new building of the Research Institute of Earthquake Resistant Construction was opened in Turkmenistan

A new administrative building of the Research Institute of Earthquake Resistant Construction of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan was opened in Ashgabat, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
The complex consists of a 4-story administrative building and 1-story laboratory blocks, which contain all the necessary instruments and equipment for testing the reliability, strength and resistance of building materials and structures to seismic activity.
The facility was built by Kämil ymarat on Bekreve Street on a total area of 1.5 hectares. Its administrative building houses an information center, offices, a library, a conference room and a museum.
“The commissioning of a modern facility clearly demonstrates the practice of actively introducing innovative technologies, scientific and modern advanced achievements into the construction system,” comments the source.
