Triumphant Era for Turkmen-Japanese Ties

Within the context of his first official working visit to Japan, the awarding of an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree to our Honorable President, Arkadagly Gahryman Serdar, by the University of Tsukuba, serves as a clear indication of the successful and growing cooperation between our two countries in the spheres of science and education. The signing of multiple Memorandums and Agreements during the visit laid the groundwork for the continued development of cooperative relations between Turkmenistan and Japan. In the realm of science and education, the Oguz han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan formalized cooperative ties with key Japanese institutions through the signing of Memorandums of Understanding.

The Oguz han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan also formalized an agreement with The Nippon Foundation and the JACAFA Foundation through a Memorandum of Understanding.

Additionally, Memorandums of Understanding were established between the Oguz han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan and Tokyo Boeki Eurasia Ltd.

Memorandum of Understanding between the Oguz han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan and the Japanese company "Tokkemy Corporation".
